Necrons have little vehicle power, so missiles aren't really necessary. Fly 2 or 3 ASM squads in, nuke the bejeezus out of their economy, and leave. I think - and I haven't really tried this myself, because I haven't played in a while - that teching quick to Melta Bombs will be really handy. The only unit they have that can take listening posts is their builder (meaning there's less generator-building power if expanding early plus, builders are weak), and that combination means they're a bit slow to get started. and their build times are reliant on how many listening posts (Obelisks, in this case) they've built.

In the early game, they're mostly concentrating on getting lots and lots of generators up, while causing problems with their hero unit. The other thing I can think of off-hand is that Necrons are an economy-boom type race. Minefields, artillery, grenades and that sort of thing are extremely handy against them.
